Ingredients: Makes 6 ( I always double this)
2 cups flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
2 t. oil
3/4 c. warm water
Method:
1. Mix oil and water, and flour and dry ingredients separately.

| 2 Mix oil mixture into flour mixture a little at a time. It will be sticky. |

| 3. Knead on a lightly floured surface 4-5 min, until smooth and no longer sticky. Cover and lest rest 20 minutes. |

| 4. Divide into balls. |

| 5. Roll as thin as possible, using some flour to keep from sticking. |

| 6. Cook on a hot, dry skillet until bubbly and slightly puffy on both sides. |

| 7. Wrap in a towel to keep from drying out. |
